ELV Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to support the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing of integrated security systems. The role involves ensuring smooth functionality of CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), networking infrastructure, and related ELV systems across client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot security system faults and network issues
• Perform preventive maintenance (PPM) and emergency breakdown support
• Maintain CCTV, ACS, IDS, networking, and power systems
• Apply firmware upgrades, security patches, and system configurations
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for issue resolution
• Supervise technicians during maintenance and implementation activities
• Prepare service reports, testing reports, and maintenance documentation
• Ensure system connectivity with control rooms and security offices
• Support system optimization, network security, and operational continuity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in security systems maintenance and operations
• Hands-on experience with CCTV, ACS, IDS, networking, and ELV systems
• Knowledge of platforms such as Milestone, Genetec, Axis, LENEL, Paxton, etc.
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP are preferred
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and team management skills
