ELV - Presales Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for a Presales Engineer.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team or with the client to understand client requirements, develop tailored solutions collaborating with the engineering team, and provide the technical / commercial support to the client.

You will act as a bridge between customer needs and our technical / commercial offerings. The role involves understanding client requirements, preparing technical proposals, estimation / commercial proposals and supporting the sales team with technical / commercial knowledge.

The role will work closely with colleagues in sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure that estimates align with the company's capabilities, budget and target margins.

The successful candidate will be technically confident and proficient in one (or more) of the services we provide and have an aspiration to learn about the other systems. Freshers are also welcoming, those who have the hankering to learn or exhibit yourself.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical / Commercial Support, Presales, and Sales
• Knowledge in Systems Integration and Security Solutions
• Strong understanding of ELV systems and technology infrastructure
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Relevant certifications and industry knowledge are a plus
