The role involves understanding client requirements, preparing technical proposals, estimation / commercial proposals and supporting the sales team with technical / commercial knowledge.The role will work closely with colleagues in sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure that estimates align with the company's capabilities, budget and target margins.The successful candidate will be technically confident and proficient in one (or more) of the services we provide and have an aspiration to learn about the other systems. ELV - Presales Engineer

The company focuses on providing innovative, connected, and sustainable technology infrastructure solutions for buildings. 5S Technical Services aims to create smart and secure environments that enhance safety, optimize energy usage, and enable seamless connectivity.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer - ELV - in Dubai.The ELV Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for maintaining AMC&rsquo;s, ProjectManagement, Compliances &amp; Documentations, Manpower &amp; Materials &ndash; Resource planning &amp; management and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for ELV systems such as CCTV,Access Control, Intercom, PAVA, Gate Barrier, Sliding doors and Structured Cabling. Diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.AMC/ Project Management: Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) for Annual Maintenance Contracts. Coordinate with clients, consultants, SIRA inspectors, MEP contractors, and team members to ensure project timelines are met. Conduct site surveys and provide site survey reports. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance as per AMC schedules to ensure optimal system performance. Deriving BOQ&rsquo;s / Scope of Works from detailed drawings from the client / Site inspections. Prepare maintenance logs, reports, and client feedback documentation.Compliance and Certification: Ensure all systems and maintenance practices align with Dubai Municipality, SIRA, and other regulatory requirements. Update and maintain certifications and records for all serviced equipment. Ensuring Technical reports are being prepared &amp; documented.Client Relationship Management: Prepare detailed technical reports, and as-built documentation. Ensure adherence to local laws, safety standards, and quality control measures Build and maintain strong relationships with AMC clients. Address client inquiries, provide updates on maintenance schedules, and recommend system upgrades when necessary.Team Coordination and Reporting: Work collaboratively with the technical team to manage workload and schedules. Provide detailed technical reports on maintenance activities and highlight areas for improvement.Qualifications Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering field. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the similar field with AMC&rsquo;s site handling. Valid SIRA certification will be a plus. Excellent communication &amp; interpersonal skills is a must. Proven track record is maintaining &amp; managing teams is a must. Knowledge of ELV systems and technology solutions. Strong knowledge &amp; Experience in ELV systems (CCTV, VMS, ANPR, AccessControl Systems, Structed Cabling, Gate Barrier, Sliding Doors, Alarm Systems, etc.,) is a must. Knowledge &amp; experience on SIRA / Local Government compliance is a plus. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and ELV system configuration tools. Excellent problem-solving, time management &amp; communication skills (both with clients &amp; with technical team). Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in diagnostic tools, system software, and configuration protocols. UAE Driving License is a must.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>ELV Engineer: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>UAE Driving License (Required)</li><li>SIRA Certification (Required)</li></ul>
