Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer - ELV - in Dubai.

The ELV Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for maintaining AMC’s, Project

Management, Compliances & Documentations, Manpower & Materials – Resource planning & management and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

 Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for ELV systems such as CCTV,

Access Control, Intercom, PAVA, Gate Barrier, Sliding doors and Structured Cabling.

 Diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

AMC/ Project Management:

 Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) for Annual Maintenance Contracts.

 Coordinate with clients, consultants, SIRA inspectors, MEP contractors, and team members to ensure project timelines are met.

 Conduct site surveys and provide site survey reports.

 Conduct routine inspections and maintenance as per AMC schedules to ensure optimal system performance.

 Deriving BOQ’s / Scope of Works from detailed drawings from the client / Site inspections.

 Prepare maintenance logs, reports, and client feedback documentation.

Compliance and Certification:

 Ensure all systems and maintenance practices align with Dubai Municipality, SIRA, and other regulatory requirements.

 Update and maintain certifications and records for all serviced equipment.

 Ensuring Technical reports are being prepared & documented.

Client Relationship Management:

 Prepare detailed technical reports, and as-built documentation.

 Ensure adherence to local laws, safety standards, and quality control measures

 Build and maintain strong relationships with AMC clients.

 Address client inquiries, provide updates on maintenance schedules, and recommend system upgrades when necessary.

Team Coordination and Reporting:

 Work collaboratively with the technical team to manage workload and schedules.

 Provide detailed technical reports on maintenance activities and highlight areas for improvement.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering field.

 Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the similar field with AMC’s site handling.

 Valid SIRA certification will be a plus.

 Excellent communication & interpersonal skills is a must.

 Proven track record is maintaining & managing teams is a must.

 Knowledge of ELV systems and technology solutions.

 Strong knowledge & Experience in ELV systems (CCTV, VMS, ANPR, Access

Control Systems, Structed Cabling, Gate Barrier, Sliding Doors, Alarm Systems, etc.,) is a must.

 Knowledge & experience on SIRA / Local Government compliance is a plus.

 Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and ELV system configuration tools.

 Excellent problem-solving, time management & communication skills (both with clients & with technical team).

 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

 Proficiency in diagnostic tools, system software, and configuration protocols.

 UAE Driving License is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
