Location: Libya (Project Site) – Visa and travel expenses will be provided by the company

Job Description:

seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to oversee the maintenance and repair of construction equipment, vehicles, and machinery for our project in Libya. The role ensures all assets are operating efficiently and downtime is minimized.

Educational Qualification:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electromechanical or Automotive Engineering or related field.

· Soft Skills: Maintenance and Repair, Strong organizational and communication skills, Team builder, Ability to handle multi-site operations.

Professional Certifications:

· OEM Technical training (e.g., CATERPILLAR, KOMTASU, HITACHI, VOLVO…).

· Projects Management (PMP).

· ERP/CMMS System Training (SAP Module, Oracle.)

Experience:

· Minimum 10 years of experience leading years of earthmoving, heavy equipment and vehicles repair and maintenance.

· Hands on experience in repairing and overhauling engines, hydraulic pumps, transmissions, final drives and hydraulic cylinders.

· Expert in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.

· Practical in preventive maintenance planning.

· Experience managing multi-site/project based.

· Strong leadership and operational management skills.

· Experience in fuel monitoring, cost control and spare parts utilization analysis.

· Familiar with ERP systems, fleet tracking systems, GPS monitoring platforms.

· Industry Knowledge: Practical technical knowledge of heavy equipment and vehicles, preventive maintenance systems and breakdown analysis. Experience in managing workshop operations, spare parts control and fuel management systems.

Special Technical Skills:

· English and Arabic Language proficiency required.

· Technical Skills: KPI Monitoring, Proficiency in ERP System (e.g., SAP, Oracle,) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Knowledge of the following preferred:

· Engineering, Fabrication, Heavy Equipment, Operations.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

• GCC: 10 years (Required)
