Maintenance Engineer (UAEN)

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Maintenance Engineer (UAEN) to join our client's manufacturing operations team based in Dubai .

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and optimizing maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and extend asset life. You will work closely with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to drive operational excellence through preventive and reliability-centered maintenance strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering .
• Minimum 4 years of relevant maintenance engineering experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems , preferably SAP .
• Strong understanding of: T otal Productive Maintenance (TPM); Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM); Preventive and Predictive Maintenance; Root Cause Analysis (RCA); Asset Management Systems; Statistical analysis of maintenance data
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
• Willing to work on site in Jebel Ali, Dubai.
