Job Vacancy: Project Engineer (ELV Systems)

Requirement: Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

We are seeking a Project Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in ELV / Low Current systems to support project execution, site coordination, and timely invoicing as per project milestones. The role requires strong coordination skills, technical understanding, and accountability for project progress and billing targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of ELV projects (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, PAGA, etc.)

• Coordinate with site engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors

• Prepare and maintain project documentation including drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and method statements

• Monitor site progress and ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines

• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and client approvals

• Track material requirements and support procurement coordination

• Achieve monthly and project-wise invoicing targets as per defined milestones

• Prepare invoicing inputs, progress claims, and supporting documents for submission

• Coordinate with project, commercial, and finance teams to ensure timely billing and collections support

• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality standards, and company processes

• Provide regular progress and invoicing status reports to the Project Manager / Head of Technologies

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field

• 1–2 years of UAE experience in ELV / Low Current systems

• Understanding of project billing milestones and invoicing processes

• Basic knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Intercom, and Networking

• Ability to read and understand drawings, BOQs, and technical documents

• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel for progress & invoicing tracking is an advantage)

• Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory

Preferred Skills

• Experience in site-based progress tracking and invoicing support

• Exposure to client coordination and consultant approvals

• Knowledge of UAE project execution and commercial practices

• Strong follow-up skills and ownership mindset

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
