ELV Project Engineer

Highly skilled and motivated ELV Project Engineer with strong expertise in technical design and presales. The role involves designing, proposing, and supporting the implementation of ELV systems, while working closely with sales, clients, and project teams to deliver innovative, compliant, and cost-effective solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

Technical Design

• Design and develop ELV system solutions in line with client requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare technical proposals, system architectures, schematics, and Bills of Material (BOM).
• Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to gather project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Stay updated with the latest ELV technologies, tools, and trends.

2. Presales Support

• Support sales teams with technical expertise during the presales and bidding phases.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and solution proposals.
• Provide technical clarifications and risk assessments during tenders.
• Assist in cost estimation, solution optimization, and project timelines.

3. ELV Systems Expertise

Hands-on experience in designing and integrating:

• Access Control Systems (PACS, VACS)
• IP Surveillance Systems (CCTV)
• Fire Alarm & Suppression Systems
• Variable Message Displays (VMS)
• Electronic Toll Collection Systems
• Weigh-in-Motion Systems
• Intelligent Traffic Systems (ITS)
• Public Address Systems (PAS)

4. Project Coordination

• Liaise with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Documentation

• Prepare and maintain design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in ELV systems design and presales.
• Strong knowledge of local and international ELV standards and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in ELV system design, integration, and presales.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.
• Solid understanding of system integration and interoperability.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
