Looking for ELV PROJECT MANAGER who is responsible for overseeing and driving the sales efforts for IT solutions and services. This role focuses on building strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and leading the sales team to meet targets. The ELV PROJECT MANAGER will leverage their in-depth knowledge of IT products and services to offer clients tailored solutions that meet their business needs while ensuring revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in IT solutions, services, and products.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their IT needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending trade shows or industry events.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Conduct detailed product demos and presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets, providing training and guidance on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to provide customers with the best solutions and maintain competitive advantage.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance against targets. Provide regular reports to senior management on progress and opportunities.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Support and Retention: Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in selling IT services, hardware, software, or cloud solutions is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IT solutions, including software, hardware, networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
