Job Title: ELV Sales Associate

Job Purpose
The ELV Sales Associate supports the sales and account management team in business development and sales administration. The role is KPI-driven and focuses on lead management, customer communication, and internal coordination rather than direct sales targets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the Enterprise Account Manager in planning and executing daily sales activities.
- Conduct business development calls to secure introductory meetings.
- Arrange customer meetings and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
- Understand first-level customer requirements and provide basic information.
- Coordinate with Presales, Technical, and Account Management teams for proposal/solution preparation.
- Handle customer email communications and follow-ups.
- Support Project Team for smooth project delivery.
- Assist Finance Team with payment follow-ups.
- Maintain sales tracking and lead-to-closure reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–3 years sales/presales experience in ELV systems or active components (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Qualified leads generated and meetings arranged.
- Timely proposal coordination and customer communication.
- Accuracy of sales tracking and reporting.
- Support effectiveness in project delivery coordination and payment collection support.
Employment Terms & Benefits
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Decent salary plus commission
- Probation Period: 3 months (confirmation based on performance)
