Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ELV Sales Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and promoting a wide range of ELV solutions, including CCTV, access control, structured cabling, and smart home systems.

This role requires a strong combination of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and client relationship management to deliver customized solutions and achieve business targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the ELV sector
  • Promote and sell solutions including CCTV, access control, intercom, AV systems, and home automation
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market presence

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored ELV solutions
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions

Technical & Commercial Support

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates
  • Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications
  • Coordinate with engineering teams for system design and solution development

Project Coordination

  • Follow up on project execution and ensure client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with installation and project teams for smooth delivery

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
  • Provide insights to management on customer needs and market demand

Requirements & QualificationsEducation

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in ELV sales within the UAE
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Technical Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of:
  • CCTV & Surveillance Systems
  • Access Control Systems
  • Structured Cabling
  • Home Automation / Smart Systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications

Core Skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong client-handling and presentation abilities
  • Target-driven with a proactive sales approach
  • Good problem-solving and commercial awareness

Additional Requirement

  • Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
