Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ELV Sales Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and promoting a wide range of ELV solutions, including CCTV, access control, structured cabling, and smart home systems.
This role requires a strong combination of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and client relationship management to deliver customized solutions and achieve business targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the ELV sector
- Promote and sell solutions including CCTV, access control, intercom, AV systems, and home automation
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market presence
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored ELV solutions
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions
Technical & Commercial Support
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with engineering teams for system design and solution development
Project Coordination
- Follow up on project execution and ensure client satisfaction
- Coordinate with installation and project teams for smooth delivery
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
- Provide insights to management on customer needs and market demand
Requirements & QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in ELV sales within the UAE
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of:
- CCTV & Surveillance Systems
- Access Control Systems
- Structured Cabling
- Home Automation / Smart Systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
Core Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong client-handling and presentation abilities

Additional Requirement
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
