ELV SITE ENGINEER

Job Description

The Technical Site Engineer is responsible for engaging with clients to implement systems in site as per approved design, manage team, assign the team designated work and complete the project as per project plan and allocated budget. providing tailored ELV and related civil and MEP solutions, and driving implementation growth. This role combines technical expertise with strong engineering acumen to support clients with comprehensive ELV services and foster long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

o Project Planning & Design: Conduct site survey along client with approved drawing

o Feasibility studies of existing utilities like exiting routes/ conduits for reduce the cost effort.

o On- site Management: Managing daily activities, supervising subcontractor, coordinating material deliveries and ensure site progress as per project plan.

o Technical Oversight: Interpreting blueprints, providing technical advice, and ensuring work is executed according to design specifications and quality standards.

o Quality & Safety Assurance: Conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and implementing sustainable practices.

o Team Coordination: Liaising with clients, architects, contractors, and other professionals, and collaborating to resolve technical challenges.

o Documentation: Maintaining accurate records, preparing site reports, and submitting necessary work documentation.

o Supervise, coordinate, and execute site works related to ELV systems, Civil, and MEP works.

o Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and clients for smooth site progress.

o Review and ensure execution of work as per drawings, specifications, and approved standards.

o Manage site resources, manpower allocation, and daily progress reporting.

o Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of ELV/MEP installations

o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.

o Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.

o Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

· Proven experience in technical sales or engineering, preferably within the MEP sector.

· Strong knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control ,etc.), MEP coordination, and Civil works.
