ELV Site Inspector/Supervisor

Job Summary:
FSK & Partners is seeking a detail-oriented ELV Site Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and verifying ELV system installations on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. This includes CCTV, access control, fire alarm, structured cabling, PA systems, and other low-voltage systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect ELV installations to ensure accuracy and compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Verify proper cable routing, device placement, connectivity, and labeling.
• Identify, document, and report deficiencies, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Assist with testing and commissioning of ELV systems before handover.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, logs, and non-conformance records.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project teams to resolve on-site issues.
• Ensure adherence to HSE guidelines and site safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems: CCTV, access control, fire alarm, structured cabling, PA, and related systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and experience preparing site reports.
• Familiarity with local standards, regulations, and international codes for ELV systems.
