ELV Supervisor

Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of ELV systems, including but not limited to:

• CCTV Systems (IP & Analog)
• Access Control Systems (Biometric, RFID, Face Recognition)
• Intercom Systems (IP & Analog)
• Public Address & Voice Evacuation Systems
• Gate Barrier & Parking Systems

Lead, coordinate, and monitor ELV technicians and subcontractors on-site to ensure all works are executed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and international standards.

Ensure full compliance with SIRA regulations and requirements during installation, testing, and inspection stages.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to project management.

Conduct regular site inspections, identify risks or technical issues, and resolve them efficiently to avoid delays.

Handle SIRA inspections, documentation, and authority coordination to ensure timely approvals and certifications.

Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Monitor project schedules, manpower allocation, and material availability to ensure timely completion.

Required Technical Knowledge & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with leading ELV and IT systems, including:

• CCTV & Video Management Systems: Hikvision, Dahua, Samsung (Hanwha Vision)
• Access Control & Security: Honeywell , Galaxy , ZK
• Audio Systems: Bose, JBL (Professional PA systems)
• Networking & Infrastructure: Cisco
• Cybersecurity & Firewalls: Fortinet
• Storage & Backup Solutions: Synology NAS, Backup Servers
• Structured Cabling Systems (Cat6, Fiber Optics)

Good understanding of:

• Server & storage configuration
• Network design and troubleshooting
• Backup and disaster recovery systems
• Integration between ELV and IT systems

Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and documentation throughout all project phases.
