Qatar Driving License mandatory

1. Review and understand project documents, including specifications, drawings, procedures, and instructions related to ELV systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, fire alarms, structured cabling, etc.).

2. Understand the scope of work, allocated resources, and project timelines to ensure smooth execution of ELV systems installation and commissioning.

3. Identify and prepare resources (manpower, tools, materials) required for ELV system installation and ensure their availability.

4. Interpret ELV system drawings and specifications, and provide clear instructions to the workforce. Train team members as necessary.

5. Ensure compliance with approved procedures, method statements, and quality standards for ELV systems.

6. Ensure all safety precautions are in place, tools and equipment are in safe working condition, and the workforce is aware of hazards and protective measures.

7. Conduct daily squad talks to discuss work plans, safety measures, and progress updates.

8. Adhere to and enforce the permit-to-work system for all ELV-related activities.

9. Supervise and monitor the workforce to ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and required standards.

10. Provide regular updates on work progress, scheduling, and punch list completion.

11. Foster teamwork, productivity, and discipline among subordinates.

12. Collaborate with other teams and departments to manage interfaces and common work areas effectively.

13. Maintain a register of inspection and test equipment, ensuring proper calibration and certification.

14. Stay updated on new ELV technologies and systems, and provide guidance or training to the team as needed.

15. Ensure proper handling, storage, and availability of materials required for ELV systems installation.

16. Liaise with the QA/QC team to schedule inspections, tests, and ensure timely completion of quality records.

17. Identify and report any changes or additional work requirements to the Project Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
