CT & ELV Systems Pre-Sales Engineer
- Working closely with the sales department to create and develop new opportunities for the company and maturing them to a Sales closure.
- Develop and maintain excellent client relationships and ensure the clients' concerns are addressed effectively.
- Maintain Knowledge of Industry Trends and Strong Knowledge of Products and Services Offered by the company.
- Conduct Market Research to Find Sales Prospects & attend Sales Meetings with other company departments.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.
- Follow-up daily calls to maintain client relationships to incubate business.
- Support sales and marketing activities & coordinate with technical team to prepare solutions and achieve sales closure.
- Providing Customer support for sales requests, providing technical explanation, support for sales solutions as per request.
- Create Designs, Estimations, Technical Proposals and Commercial Proposals.
