ELV Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated ELV/AV Technician to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of various Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Audio-Visual (AV) systems.Key Responsibilities:

• System Installation: Install, terminate, and test ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, SMATV, and Structured Cabling (Fiber Optic & Copper).
• AV Setup: Set up, test, and operate audio-visual equipment such as LED video walls, projectors, microphones, speakers, and video conferencing systems.
• Maintenance & Repair: Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting complex connectivity issues or hardware malfunctions.
• Technical Documentation: Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and layouts to ensure installations meet project specifications.
• Site Support: Coordinate with project engineers and site supervisors to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: A Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related technical field is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in ELV/AV system integration and maintenance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment like multimeters and cable testers.
• Certification: SIRA certification (for security systems) is highly preferred.
• Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
