ELV Technician cum Project Handling

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable ELV Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Fiber Optic Splicing, and Gate Barrier systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and maintain CCTV systems (IP & Analog cameras, NVR/DVR).
• Install and program Access Control Systems (biometric, card readers, magnetic locks, turnstiles).
• Perform fiber optic cable termination and splicing (fusion & mechanical).
• Install and maintain gate barriers, boom barriers, V-barriers, and related automation systems.
• Conduct system troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and corrective maintenance.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system layouts.
• Perform site surveys and coordinate with project engineers and clients.
• Ensure all installations meet company standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare daily work reports and service documentation.
• Provide technical support and after-sales service when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or ITI in Electronics / Electrical / ELV Systems or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant ELV hands-on experience.
• Strong knowledge of:
• CCTV (IP & Analog)
• Access Control Systems
• Fiber Optic Splicing & Testing
• Gate Barriers / V-Barriers / Automation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, LAN).
• Willingness to work on sites and flexible hours if required.
• Valid driving license (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
