ELV Technician-Healthcare facility

We are looking for a skilled ELV Technician with healthcare facility experience to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, and structured cabling within hospital environments. The role requires strong technical expertise, attention to safety standards, and the ability to work in sensitive clinical areas while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Job Title: ELV Technician (Healthcare Facility)
Location: NHL – Doha
Employment Type: Contract – 1 Months (Extendable)
Salary: QAR 2500 (All inclusive)
Working Schedule: 6 Days per Week | 9 Hours per Day

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot ELV systems in hospital environments
• Handle CCTV, Access Control, Nurse Call Systems, PA/BGM, SMATV, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarm Interface, and other low-current systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with hospital safety protocols and infection control requirements.
• Coordinate with biomedical teams, facility management, and contractors.
• Attend breakdown calls and resolve faults efficiently.
• Conduct routine system inspections and testing.
• Maintain proper documentation, service reports, and maintenance logs.
• Ensure minimal disruption in critical healthcare areas during maintenance works.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of ELV experience in healthcare/hospital facilities (Mandatory).
• Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Nurse Call Systems, and Structured Cabling
• Familiarity with hospital infection control procedures is an advantage
• Ability to work in sensitive clinical environments (ICU, OT, wards)
• Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Basic knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to work under pressure and attend emergency breakdowns
