Job Summary
We are seeking an Email Campaign & Graphic Design Specialist to support and execute our internal webinar and email marketing operations.
This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy or social media management position. You will be responsible for taking provided content and turning it into fully formatted, production-ready marketing assets, including email campaigns, webinar promotions, and YouTube uploads. This includes designing and creating your own graphics (e.g., email visuals, banners, thumbnails) as part of the execution process.
The core focus of this role is managing and executing a high-volume email workflow (2-3 million emails per month) tied to our live webinar events. This includes preparing campaigns, formatting content, validating links and structure, and ensuring all communications are accurate and sent on time.
You will also support post-event execution, including processing webinar recordings and publishing content to YouTube (thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, and end screens).
This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. All content must be thoroughly reviewed and QA’d before publishing. You must be highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple moving parts with precision and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
- Create modern high-quality thumbnails, graphics, banners, and visual assets for all platforms.
- Edit videos for YouTube and social media, including intros, outros, transitions, captions, and formatting.
- Download recorded sessions and prepare them for publishing, including editing, formatting, and optimization.
- Write clear, engaging, and accurate copy for emails, posts, video descriptions, and landing pages.
Content Publishing:
- Upload videos to YouTube, including creating thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and tags.
- Execute email campaigns using platforms such as Keap and GoHighLevel (2 to 3 million emails per month)
- Build and update landing pages and funnels using ClickFunnels.
Quality Control & Accuracy:
- Proofread and review all content before publishing, including emails, posts, banners, and pages.
- Ensure all content is properly formatted, linked, and functioning before going live.
- Maintain high design standards and avoid outdated or low-quality visuals.
- Meet deadlines consistently and manage content timelines effectively.
- Ensure all platforms are aligned in branding, messaging, and presentation.
Collaboration & Planning:
- Work directly with internal teams to execute daily and weekly content plans.
- Coordinate with leadership to align messaging and campaign priorities.
- Suggest improvements to content formats, workflows, and execution processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in graphic design, marketing operations, and campaign coordination.
- Strong ability to interpret and structure provided copy into clear, visually effective marketing assets (e.g., email campaigns, banners, event promotions).
- Understanding of YouTube, including video uploads, SEO optimization (titles, descriptions, tags), thumbnail creation, end screens, playlists, audience retention, and performance analytics.
- Solid understanding of email campaign setup, formatting, and QA processes.
- Ability to QA and validate all campaign elements before launch, ensuring accuracy across content, links, formatting, and segmentation.
- Familiarity with UTM parameters and basic campaign tracking structure (no paid ads experience required).
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Keap/Infusionsoft, GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, Drip, SendGrid, and Campaign Monitor.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and other modern design platforms.
- Familiarity with financial markets, trading platforms, or fintech environments.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Work Environment & Expectations
- Fully remote, full-time, aligned with U.S. Eastern Time.
- Availability required during key live event windows (typically 2 PM and 4 PM EST), with additional responsibilities immediately following events.
- High responsiveness and accountability in a fast-paced, real-time environment.
- Strong technical proficiency and ability to quickly learn, navigate, and troubleshoot digital tools and platforms independently.
Technical Requirements
- Reliable high-performance computer and webcam.
- Stable, high-speed internet.
- Quiet, professional home office setup.
