Email Campaign Setup Assistant – ConvertKit (Formatting & QA)

Sofia Health is a fast-growing U.S. wellness technology company. We help health and wellness professionals grow their businesses online. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Email Assistant who can upload emails into ConvertKit and format them cleanly and professionally.
This is an execution-focused role — you do NOT need to write copy or build automations. You will take finished email content and make it look clean, organized, and visually consistent.

About the Role:
You will upload emails, format them for readability, add simple design elements, check for errors, and ensure everything looks correct on both desktop and mobile.
This is NOT a technical automation job — it's a simple, consistent, detail-heavy task that requires accuracy and reliability.

Responsibilities:

Your daily/weekly tasks will include:

• Uploading emails into ConvertKit sequences and broadcasts
• Formatting text (spacing, headings, bullets, bold/italic)
• Adding buttons and verifying all links work
• Inserting simple Canva graphics (headers, banners, icons)
• Checking desktop and mobile previews for consistency
• Maintaining clean naming conventions inside ConvertKit
• Following SOPs and checklists accurately
• Communicating when tasks are complete or if something looks off

Requirements ( You must have) :

• Experience with ConvertKit or similar platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail (this is very important)
• Basic HTML familiarity (inline edits, fixing spacing, simple button edits)
• Comfort using Canva for simple graphics
• Good written English
• Ability to follow instructions exactly
• Reliable internet and consistent communication

Bonus (not required):

• Experience formatting marketing emails
• Experience with mobile email previews
• Experience following SOPs or checklists

* Hours & Pay

• $4–$6/hour depending on experience
• Part-time to start (approx. 10–20 hours/month)
