Position Summary:

Allegacy is seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Manager to lead strategy and execution for the email marketing channel. This role is responsible for delivering personalized, data-informed communications that support acquisition, retention, and deepening. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in email design, automation, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and manage email campaigns across lifecycle stages, including onboarding, engagement, and cross-sell.
  • Design and optimize templates for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
  • Ensure content is timely, relevant, and aligned with brand and compliance standards.

Automation & Personalization

  • Leverage segmentation and behavioral data to deliver targeted messaging.
  • Collaborate with MarTech and analytics teams to implement automation and dynamic content.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product, creative, and member experience teams to align messaging and timing.
  • Coordinate with compliance and CRM teams to ensure regulatory integrity.
  • Support strategic planning and calendar development for email initiatives.
Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Proficiency in email platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Marketo).
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Preferred:

Experience in financial services or regulated industries.

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design.
  • Knowledge of member journey mapping and personalization strategies.
