TalentPop App is expanding our remote team! We support fast-growing online brands by delivering thoughtful, high-quality customer experiences — and we’re looking for a skilled Email & Chat Customer Experience Specialist to join us.

This role is 100% non-voice. If you’re a strong writer, detail-oriented, and love solving customer concerns through email and live chat, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responding to customer inquiries via email and live chat in a timely, professional manner
• Assisting customers with order updates, tracking, returns, exchanges, and product questions
• Providing product recommendations and promoting relevant offers when appropriate
• Documenting customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
• Maintaining each brand’s voice and tone in written communication
• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
• Contributing ideas to improve response templates and workflows
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of remote experience in email/chat support, customer service, or e-commerce assistance
• Excellent written English with strong grammar and clarity
• Experience using tools like Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, or similar platforms
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple conversations at once
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
