Bose is looking for a creative Email Designer to help shape the future of how our brand shows up in inboxes and digital experiences around the world.
As a member of our Digital Experience Design (DXD) team, you’ll concept, design, and launch best-in-class email and in-app communications that elevate Bose’s iconic brand and inspire millions of customers.
You’ll collaborate closely with designers, writers, marketers, and technologists to bring campaigns to life—ensuring every message feels intentional, beautifully crafted, and seamlessly delivered across our global touchpoints.
This role is perfect for a designer who loves blending creativity with craft: visual design, technical precision, and smooth end-to-end execution. You’ll help push our email and CRM programs forward with inventive thinking, a passion for detail, and a drive to create meaningful customer experiences.
Create and transform creative designs into functional, responsive emails and in-app messages.
Bring a creative and brand-driven perspective to evolve our emails, both from a brand and performance perspective.
Leverage and evolve existing templates and components to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.
Optimize imagery and video assets for digital performance and visual impact.
2. Asset & workflow management
Manage and organize digital assets and metadata within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of email deployment schedules.
Oversee localization/translation processes to maintain content accuracy across regions.
3. Process improvement & documentation
Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for email production.
Identify and implement improvements to tools, workflows, and platform efficiencies.
Share best practices with the team to enhance productivity and quality.
4. Collaboration & troubleshooting
Work closely with creative, IT, and marketing teams to resolve technical issues and optimize functionality.
Troubleshoot email rendering, deployment, and platform-related challenges.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies , using Jira and Confluence for task tracking.

Airship (push notifications & in-app messaging)
Adobe Photoshop (asset editing)
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in email design , with a strong understanding of layout, typography, and responsive principles.
Basic understanding of HTML & CSS for email development.
Experience working with email marketing platforms
Strong English communication skills.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Creative thinker with a deep appreciation for brand systems and visual storytelling.
Team player with a proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of projects.
