Email Designer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Email Designer with proven experience working with D2C international consumer brands. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating visually compelling and performance-driven email designs that contribute to engagement and revenue growth.

Role Overview

The Email Designer will be responsible for designing and executing high-quality email creatives for both campaigns and automated flows. This role requires a strong understanding of email marketing fundamentals, user experience, and conversion-focused design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, conversion-focused email creatives
• Develop emails for:
• Marketing campaigns (promotions, product launches, newsletters)
• Automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.)
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across multiple brands
• Optimize email designs for mobile responsiveness and cross-device compatibility
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to execute campaigns effectively
• Utilize AI tools to enhance design quality and improve performance over time
• Stay updated with industry trends in email marketing and D2C design practices
• Ensure emails render correctly across major email clients

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience working with D2C international consumer brands
• A strong portfolio showcasing email design work (mandatory)
• Basic working knowledge of:
• Klaviyo
• Email marketing campaigns and automated flows
• Understanding of conversion-focused design principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Note: This is a specialized Email Designer role and not a general graphic design position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with A/B testing of email creatives
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email development
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop
• Understanding of retention and lifecycle marketing strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs120,000.00 per month
