Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing & Outreach

• Plan and execute cold email campaigns using tools like Instantly, Lemlist, or Mailshake.
• Manage domain warm-ups, email sequencing, and inbox rotation to ensure maximum deliverability.
• Write persuasive, personalized email copy with strong calls to action.
• Source, verify, and segment lead lists through Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Run A/B tests to improve open, click, and reply rates.
• Keep CRM data (HubSpot or similar) updated and accurate.

Social Outreach

• Engage and nurture leads on LinkedIn and Instagram using tailored messaging.
• Repurpose email outreach content for social platforms to boost engagement.
• Build rapport with prospects and convert conversations into qualified discovery calls.

Reporting & Optimization

• Track essential KPIs including open rates, reply rates, and conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
• Test variations in tone, message structure, and timing to maximize results.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in outbound email marketing or B2B lead generation (agency experience preferred).
• Demonstrated success generating leads from UK, US, Australia or UAE markets.
• Strong copywriting and messaging skills specifically for cold outreach.
• Hands-on experience with Instantly, Mailshake, Lemlist, Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Solid understanding of CRM systems such as HubSpot and automation workflows.
• Organized, analytical, and highly results-oriented.
• Self-driven and capable of managing campaigns independently.
• Bonus: Experience with tools like Zapier, ChatGPT, or AI-based personalization platforms.
