We’re seeking a creative and motivated Email Marketing Associate to join our team at The Inspiration Co. You’ll play a key role in delivering inspiring email campaigns that engage our audience and drive meaningful connections. Working closely with our marketing team and reporting to the Email Marketing Manager, you’ll help bring our mission to life through compelling email content and visuals. This is a full-time position perfect for someone passionate about customer-centric marketing and design.What You’ll Do

• Assist in creating, testing, and sending email campaigns that align with our brand’s mission and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the team to craft engaging email content that inspires and connects with our audience.
• Use Canva (or similar tools) to design eye-catching email graphics and layouts that enhance our campaigns.
• Support audience segmentation to ensure targeted, personalized email delivery.
• Monitor email performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-to-open rates) and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
• Help maintain email schedules and ensure timely campaign execution.
• Contribute to linking our SMS and email programs for a cohesive customer experience.
• Support the team in optimizing operational processes and maintaining email best practices.

What You Bring

• Passion for customer-centric marketing and storytelling that inspires.
• Experience with Canva and graphic design layout (a strong plus).
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (experience with Listrak ESP or similar platforms is a bonus).
• Basic understanding of HTML for email is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• A collaborative mindset with solid communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn about email best practices, personalization, and audience segmentation.
• A data-curious mindset with an interest in interpreting campaign performance to drive improvements.
