Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile Email Marketing & Content Writing Specialist to manage end‑to‑end email campaigns, craft high‑performing copy, and support content needs across our brands. This role requires strong email strategy skills, excellent writing ability, and hands‑on experience with Klaviyo to drive engagement and conversions.

Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing

• Plan, write, and execute email campaigns (sale, non‑sale, seasonal, flows).
• Own and optimize automated email flows for better performance.
• Develop segmentation strategies and conduct A/B tests.
• Optimize for open rates, CTRs, conversions, and deliverability.
• Collaborate directly with Klaviyo, including attending meetings with their team.
• Brief designers on email creatives and review final assets.
• Track KPIs, analyze performance, and prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly reports.

Content Writing

• Write clear, engaging, and conversion‑focused content for emails, blogs, product pages, and marketing campaigns.
• Create brand‑aligned content for landing pages, newsletters, and ad copy.
• Support personal brand content and storytelling across platforms.
• Ensure all content is grammatically sound, on-brand, and optimized for audience engagement.
• Work closely with design, SEO, and web teams to align messaging across channels.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of hands-on email marketing experience (eCommerce preferred).
• Strong copywriting skills for both email and general content.
• Experience managing campaigns, flows, segmentation, and optimization.
• Proficiency with Klaviyo (mandatory).
• Ability to collaborate across teams (design, SEO, web).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
