Email Marketing & Creative Content Specialist

Buckleguy.com and IAS Ltd are looking for a hands-on digital creative who can both design compelling marketing assets and execute effective, holistic marketing campaigns with a heavy focus on email marketing through Klaviyo.

This role requires someone who can generate complete campaign delivery, from concept and graphic design to email build, segmentation, and deployment.

The Role

The Email Marketing & Creative Content Specialist creates and executes digital marketing campaigns across Buckleguy and IAS, with the majority of your time focused on Buckleguy.

You will be responsible for:

  • Designing campaign visuals
  • Writing and building email campaigns in Klaviyo
  • Segmenting audiences strategically
  • Executing sends
  • Monitoring delivery & performance
  • Producing supporting creative across web and social

This is a hands-on, in-office role for someone who thrives on both creative production and performance-driven marketing, perfect for someone who prefers producing high-quality content, not delegating it.

What You’ll Do

Email Marketing & Segmentation (Core Responsibility)

  • Design and build email campaigns in Klaviyo for product launches, promotions, education, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Develop and manage audience segmentation based on customer behavior, purchase history, and engagement.
  • Build and optimize automated flows (abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, product education, etc.).
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement and revenue.

Visual & Creative Design (Equally Important)

  • Design all graphics and visuals for email campaigns, website banners, ads, and promotions.
  • Create branded materials including product sheets, PDFs, and digital graphics.
  • Maintain cohesive brand presentation across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure all campaign creative aligns with Buckleguy’s visual identity and maker-focused tone.

Web & Campaign Support

  • Refresh homepage banners and promotional landing pages.
  • Align email creative with web and product launches.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to support campaign objectives.

Social Media & Channel Management

  • Manage Buckleguy’s social platforms and marketplace channels (Amazon, Etsy, etc).
  • Design and post content multiple times per week.
  • Write engaging, on-brand captions.
  • Support photography and short-form video production as needed.

  • Digital campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Reliable, on-time creative output with minimal oversight.

Who You Are

  • A strong graphic designer with marketing instincts.
  • Experienced in building and executing email campaigns.
  • Comfortable managing segmentation and audience data.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple requirements at once.
  • A self-starter who takes pride in both aesthetics and results.

Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing and design for an eCommerce brand.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo (campaign building, segmentation, flows).
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom).
  • Experience designing high-performing email layouts.
  • Skilled copywriter for headlines, captions, and email content.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and analytics.
  • Photography and basic video editing experience preferred.

Compensation & Details

  • Location: Onsite in Newburyport, MA
  • Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Schedule: Full-time, in-office (Monday–Friday)

This is a full-time, in-person position in a team environment. Remote or hybrid roles will not be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
