Role Overview

We are looking for an Email Marketing Director to lead and oversee our email marketing operations. This role requires a strategic professional with expertise in campaign management, automation tools, and audience engagement. You will be responsible for shaping Renegade Mailer’s email marketing vision, driving measurable results, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement email marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization across multiple industries.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and customer engagement data.
• Ensure compliance with data protection, privacy regulations, and best practices.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Lead and mentor email marketing teams, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of emerging email marketing technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 5 years focused on email marketing leadership.
• Strong knowledge of automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
• Proven track record of managing successful email campaigns.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
