Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Executive with 6 months to 2 years of experience to support our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing email campaigns, managing subscriber lists, analyzing performance, and optimizing strategies to improve engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns end-to-end.
• Write engaging and error-free email copy aligned with brand tone.
• Segment and manage email lists for targeted campaigns.
• Lead Generation.
• Monitor and analyze key email metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribes).
• Ensure email deliverability and maintain list hygiene.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to create effective email assets.
• Stay updated on email marketing best practices, tools, and trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools.
• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and email compliance standards (preferred).
