Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage end-to-end email campaigns, sequences, newsletters, and automated drip workflows.
• Run effective cold email outreach campaigns for B2B lead generation.
• Build landing pages, signup forms, and subscriber funnels in coordination with the design and content teams.
• Segment audiences strategically and ensure high email deliverability.
• Perform A/B testing for subject lines, CTAs, content, and templates.
• Monitor IP reputation, inbox placement, and sender score.
• Maintain clean, up-to-date, and compliant mailing lists.
• Analyze email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, bounce rate, conversions) and generate weekly reports for management.
• Optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve conversions and lead quality.

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience in email marketing (IT industry preferred).
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot, Lemlist, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of automation workflows, segmentation, CRM systems, and analytics.
• Knowledge of email compliance, warm-up tools, spam filters, and deliverability best practices.
• Excellent English writing, research, and conversion-focused copywriting skills.
• Proven experience in international outreach and B2B lead generation.
