Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical, proactive Email Marketing Expert who understands not just how to send emails, but why they perform.
You will own and optimize our email marketing strategy end-to-end, using data to identify patterns, segment audiences, improve performance, and drive measurable revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone who is strong with numbers, confident with insights, and constantly looking for opportunities to improve results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the complete email marketing strategy (campaigns, flows, segmentation).
- Analyze performance metrics such as open rate, CTR, conversion rate, revenue per recipient, and deliverability.
- Identify patterns in customer behavior and proactively turn insights into new strategies and tests.
- Build and refine audience segmentation based on data, behavior, and lifecycle stage.
- Optimize automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, re-engagement, VIP, etc.).
- Plan and execute promotional, seasonal, and campaign-based email sends.
- A/B test subject lines, content, timing, and offers to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and e-commerce teams to align messaging and goals.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and best practices to keep our email marketing ahead of the curve.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist / Expert, preferably within e-commerce brands.
- Experience managing and scaling email accounts with large databases (500,000 to 1,000,000+ profiles).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred).
- Deep understanding of segmentation, personalization, automation, and deliverability at scale.
- Comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Proactive, self-driven, and always thinking one step ahead.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with a clear business and revenue-focused mindset.
