We’re Hiring: Email Marketing Expert – US Market

Location: Lahore (Onsite – Full-Time | Night Shift aligned with US hours)

We are seeking a talented Email Marketing Expert to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns for the US market, with strong skills in automation, segmentation, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for US clients
• Design, test, and optimise email templates for higher engagement & conversions
• Manage email lists, segmentation, and automation workflows
• Ensure email compliance with CAN-SPAM and international email regulations
• Track campaign performance and prepare analytical reports
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging with business goals
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience: 2–4 years in email marketing (US market experience preferred)
• Strong expertise in tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or similar
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics
• Excellent communication skills in English

Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms
Knowledge of digital marketing funnels & lead nurturing
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
