Email Marketing Intern

Brainfoster Tech Pvt. Ltd. is a growing digital marketing company dedicated to delivering innovative marketing solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic Email Marketing Intern who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and executing email marketing campaigns.
• Draft and design engaging email templates using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Support in building and maintaining email databases.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Track and report on key metrics such as open rates, CTR, bounce rates, and conversions.
• Research industry trends and competitors’ strategies to improve our email marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure emails align with brand tone and visual standards.
• Maintain compliance with email marketing best practices and anti-spam laws.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of email marketing concepts and tools.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting (preferred, not mandatory).
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
