Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing and Lead Generation Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing targeted email campaigns, generating qualified leads, and nurturing prospects into potential clients. You will play a key role in building and managing outreach strategies that drive growth for our IT and AI service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B email marketing campaigns targeting USA and European markets.
  • Build prospect lists and conduct lead generation through multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, databases, tools).
  • Segment email lists and personalize outreach for higher engagement and conversion.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities across industries (web, mobile, software, AI, and creative services).
  • Maintain CRM/database of leads and track outreach performance.
  • Monitor campaign analytics (open rates, click-through, responses) and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Stay updated with global lead generation best practices, compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and emerging tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in email marketing and B2B lead generation (IT industry experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of global markets (especially USA and Europe).
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written communication skills (fluent English required).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
