About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who knows how to design and run outbound campaigns that actually get replies, land meetings, and fill the sales pipeline. You’ll work closely with our UAE business development team, helping us attract new international clients and fuel agency growth.

Please note: This is a full-time in-office position in Islamabad. Remote or freelance applications will not be considered.

What You’ll Be Doing

Email Marketing & Outreach

• Build and launch cold email campaigns using tools like Instantly, Lemlist, or Mailshake.
• Manage domain warm-ups, inbox rotation, and sequencing.
• Write sharp, persuasive copy and follow-ups that convert.
• Source and segment lead lists using Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Build multi-channel outbound workflows (email, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and messaging to improve open/reply rates.
• Keep CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) clean and accurate.

Social Outreach

• Engage prospects across LinkedIn and Instagram with personalised outreach.
• Repurpose email messaging for social DMs.
• Build rapport, increase touchpoints, and book qualified sales calls.

Reporting & Optimisation

• Track campaign performance and report on KPIs.
• Analyse what’s working and improve based on data.
• Experiment with tone, cadence, and timing to maximise results.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in outbound email marketing or B2B lead generation (agency experience required).
• Proven track record of working with UK, US, and UAE clients.
• Strong copywriting and messaging skills for outreach and social.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Instantly, Mailshake, Lemlist, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clay.
• Comfortable with CRMs like HubSpot and automation tools.
• Detail-oriented, results-focused, and highly organised.
• Able to work under direction while managing campaigns independently.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Zapier, ChatGPT, or AI-driven personalisation tools.
