We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to fully own and scale our email marketing operations—from strategy to execution and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns (cold outreach, promotional, transactional, drip, and lifecycle).
Set up, configure, and manage email mailboxes, including DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), warming, and reputation management.

• Use Instantly as the primary email marketing and cold outreach platform.
• Build and manage email automation workflows, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
• Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing (subject lines, copy, CTAs, send timing).
• Manage and maintain email lists, ensuring data hygiene and compliance with email regulations.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as open rates, reply rates, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
• Improve deliverability, inbox placement, and sender reputation.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to align outreach with business objectives.
• Stay updated with email marketing trends, deliverability best practices, and outreach strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Manager or similar role.

Strong hands-on experience with Instantly.

• Must have solid knowledge of mailbox setup and configuration (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SMTP).
• Deep understanding of email deliverability, warming processes, and spam avoidance.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign tracking and reporting.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B lead generation and cold email outreach.
• Familiarity with deliverability monitoring tools and ESP best practices.
• Experience working with international clients and markets.
