As we expand our reach in 2025, we’re looking for a strategic and creative Email Marketing Manager to elevate our digital communications and customer engagement.
Role Overview
The Email Marketing Manager will own Hemper’s end-to-end email marketing strategy—from ideation to execution and performance analysis. This role requires a data-driven marketer with a strong grasp of e-commerce, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, content, and sales teams to craft engaging email campaigns that drive revenue, strengthen brand loyalty, and deliver measurable results.
This position is in-house only. Candidates must currently reside in the Las Vegas area and be available for on-site work. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and optimize comprehensive email marketing strategies for both D2C and B2B eCommerce channels.
Plan, design, and execute direct email campaigns including copywriting, subject line testing, and creative layout.
Maintain and grow segmented email lists, implementing effective signup forms and gated content to capture new subscribers.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics—open rates, CTRs, conversions, and revenue attribution—to inform ongoing strategy.
Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement, deliverability, and conversions.
Ensure all emails are mobile-optimized, visually engaging, and brand-aligned.
Collaborate with leadership to define KPIs and sales goals, and regularly report progress against targets.
Work with the content team to deliver high-quality creative assets that elevate the customer experience.
Maintain a dynamic email and promotional content calendar to align marketing efforts across teams.
Ensure all email communications comply with industry standards, CAN-SPAM laws, and deliverability best practices.
Document and refine processes for automation workflows, campaign optimization, and customer lifecycle strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
2–3+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing within an e-commerce or digital agency setting.
Proven expertise with Klaviyo (required).
Experience with HTML editing, content management systems, and marketing automation tools.
Strong grasp of customer segmentation, A/B testing, and data-driven marketing.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of grammar and persuasive copywriting.
Familiarity with Excel, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
A creative problem solver with strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
Self-starter with a passion for driving measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $64,820.07 - $89,000.00 per year
