Email Marketing & Sales intern (Remote Internship)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and creative Email Marketing & Sales interns to join our growing remote digital team.
This is a remote internship role designed for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience with international marketing and sales campaigns, particularly in the Scandinavian region. We a team of 37 in Pakistan and 5 in Scandinavia (Norway, Sweden and Denmark)

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing:

• Plan and execute B2B and B2C email campaigns for Scandinavian markets.
• Segment contact lists and personalize messages for different audiences.
• Track and report key metrics such as open rate, CTR, and conversions.
• Manage automation flows using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign.
• Ensure all campaigns follow GDPR and data protection standards.

Sales & Lead Generation:

• Identify and follow up on potential leads from inbound and outbound channels.
• Communicate with prospects via email, phone, or virtual meetings.
• Present company products and services to potential clients.
• Support in closing deals and meeting defined targets.
• Keep sales activities organized in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Pipedrive.
• Share insights and customer feedback with the marketing team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing, digital sales, or related work (internship or professional).
• Understanding of Scandinavian markets and customer preferences.
• Proficiency with email marketing tools and CRM software.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects.
• Basic understanding of GDPR and email compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with clients in Norway, Sweden, or Denmark.
• Knowledge of Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish languages.
• Experience in SaaS, B2B sales, or e-commerce.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and customer journey optimization.
