Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced E-mail Marketing Specialist with a passion for building strategic B2B email campaigns and outreach flows. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of leading email tools, automation workflows, domain warm-up strategies, and audience segmentation—especially in the marketing agency ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Email Campaign Management: Design and implement effective drip and outreach campaigns tailored for different audience segments.
  • Platform Proficiency: Manage campaigns across tools such as Apollo.ai, Brevo, and MailerLite.
  • Domain Warm-Up & Deliverability: Execute domain warm-up strategies and monitor sender reputation to maximize inbox placement.
  • List Management: Segment contact lists effectively to ensure personalization and relevance in campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions) and continuously optimize performance.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to craft engaging email copy and compelling CTAs.
  • A/B Testing: Run experiments on subject lines, content layouts, and sending times to identify best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing (preferably in a B2B or agency-focused role).
  • Expertise in tools like Apollo.ai, Brevo, and MailerLite.
  • Strong understanding of drip sequences, outreach strategies, and domain warm-up practices.
  • Knowledge of best practices around segmentation, personalization, and CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from campaign data.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and integration for automation (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).

Bonus Points

  • Experience working with or for digital marketing agencies.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation workflows.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing alignment with email strategies.
  • Familiarity with tools like Hunter, Lemlist, Instantly.ai for cold outreach.
