vativeApps is a leading mobile app development company dedicated to building innovative digital solutions that empower businesses worldwide. We’re now looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
• Create compelling email content, subject lines, and CTAs to drive conversions.
• Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and engagement.
• Manage email automation workflows and drip campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
• Ensure emails comply with industry best practices and anti-spam regulations.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1–2 years) in email marketing or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar email platforms.
• Strong copywriting and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting (a plus).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
