Location - Chennai (Work From office)

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who can own email as a growth engine end-to-end. This role blends deliverability, multi-domain infrastructure, outbound campaigns, nurturing flows, experimentation, and conversion-driven communication. If it touches an inbox, you’ll be responsible for building it, scaling it, and making it drive pipeline.You should be someone who thinks like a builder, not a task executor, someone who can set up systems, optimize them, test relentlessly, and care deeply about outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Email Infrastructure & Deliverability
  • Manage multi-domain setups, domain rotations, and inbox reputation.
  • Create, warm, and maintain hundreds of inboxes across multiple products.
  • Monitor deliverability, bounce rates, spam flags, and domain health.
  • Troubleshoot blocklists, throttling, and sender reputation issues.
Outbound Email Growth
  • Build and run scalable cold email programs using tools like Smartlead or Lemlist.
  • Own sequencing, personalization logic, send windows, and A/B testing.
  • Own mass marketing campaigns to generate qualified warm leads for the outbound team.
  • Maintain list hygiene, enrichment, segmentation, and verification.
Lifecycle & Nurture Emails
  • Build drip sequences, onboarding journeys, and re-engagement flows.
  • Collaborate with content, product marketing, and sales to craft emails that drive conversions.
  • Test subject lines, CTAs, messaging, and content formats.
Analytics & Optimization
  • Measure open rates, click rates, reply rates, conversions, and assist SDR pipeline.
  • Continuously test variables (copy, timing, domains, warmup cycles, segments).
  • Create dashboards and weekly reports for key stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with growth, content, PMM, and outbound sales teams.
  • Ensure messaging, brand tone, and ICP targeting stays aligned across channels.
  • Identify opportunities to use email for demand generation across products.
