We are looking for a proactive Email Marketing Specialist who can plan, draft, segment, schedule and optimise email campaigns targeted at HNI/NRI prospects. The role includes creating compelling communication flows, database nurturing, campaign analytics, follow-up funnels and improving conversions from cold outreach to qualified investor conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop targeted email campaigns for prospect nurturing, lead qualification and appointment booking
  • Draft high-quality, personalised email content aligned with the firm’s tone and positioning
  • Create and manage drip campaigns / follow-up sequences for HNI and NRI leads (India + Middle East)
  • Maintain prospect database hygiene – segmentation, categorisation and tagging by stage/potential
  • Run A/B testing on subject lines, content style, offer hooks & call-to-actions
  • Track campaign performance metrics (open/CTR/reply/meeting conversion) and improve accordingly
  • Coordinate with wealth advisors to ensure timely follow-ups on high-intent prospects
  • Comply with regulatory communication norms applicable to wealth management communication

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–5 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in financial services / BFSI
  • Strong command of English copywriting (concise, persuasive, relationship-oriented tone)
  • Knowledge of email automation tools (HubSpot / Mailchimp / Zoho / Apollo etc.)
  • Understanding of segmentation & drip marketing funnels
  • Familiarity with UAE/Qatar/Kuwait audience communication style is an advantage
  • Experience with behavioural analytics (opens, clicks, sequences, response optimisation)

Compensation

Competitive, with performance-linked incentives based on lead quality and booked client meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
