Position Overview:

We seek an Email Marketing Specialist with at least 2 years of experience to develop and execute email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing email addresses and generating leads from LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement email marketing strategies.
• Source and build email lists independently.
• Generate leads from LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create engaging email content and design campaigns.
• Segment email lists and target specific audiences.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize content.
• Conduct A/B testing for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for cohesive messaging.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of email marketing experience.
• Proficient in sourcing email lists and generating leads.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices and regulations.
• Analytical skills for data interpretation and campaign optimization.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with marketing automation tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Certification in email or digital marketing.
