Role Overview

We are looking for a Full-Time Email Marketing Specialist who will own and execute email

marketing strategies across internal and external stakeholders. This role is responsible for

campaign planning, execution, optimization, and automation, ensuring email becomes a

strong growth and engagement channel for VRT and its associated programs.

This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role with ownership of email performance and

measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Email Campaign Management.
• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns (promotional,
• informational, and transactional).
• Draft high-quality, professional email copy aligned with brand voice and business objectives.
• Design and implement email sequences, drip campaigns, and nurture flows.
• Automation and CRM.
• Build and manage email automation workflows.
• Maintain and segment email databases for targeted communication.
• Ensure email hygiene, data accuracy, and compliance with best practices.
• Performance Tracking and Optimization
• Monitor and analyze key email metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions, responses).
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and timing.
• Continuously optimize campaigns for higher engagement and ROI.
• Collaboration and Communication.
• Coordinate with content, marketing, sales, and leadership teams for campaign alignment.
• Support internal communication through structured email updates.
• Manage external stakeholder communication via email.
• Required Skills and Competencies.
• Proven experience in Email Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
• Understanding email marketing metrics and optimization techniques.
• Experience with email marketing tools and CRM systems (any platform).
• High attention to detail with structured execution mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Santoshnagar, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
