Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Email Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our email marketing campaigns and automation processes to drive engagement, conversion, and customer retention. The Email Marketing Specialist will collaborate to create effective strategies, analyze campaign performance, and continuously optimize our email marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

- Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Collaborate with the team to align email campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.

2. Campaign Management:

- Plan, create, and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and drip campaigns.

- Implement A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and design for maximum effectiveness.

- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and relevant regulations.

3. Automation:

- Design content and implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and enhance customer journeys.

- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign efficiency.

- Implement triggered campaigns based on user behavior, demographics, and other relevant data.

4. Segmentation and Personalization:

- Segment email lists based on various criteria to deliver targeted and personalized content.

- Implement dynamic content and personalization strategies to enhance user engagement.

5. Analysis and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of email campaigns.

- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

6. List Management:

- Manage and grow email subscriber lists through effective acquisition and retention strategies.

- Ensure data integrity and hygiene for accurate targeting and segmentation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in email marketing and marketing automation.

- Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.

- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization.

- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and compliance.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
