Responsibilities:

- Develop, execute, and manage email marketing strategies including newsletters, nurture sequences, event campaigns, and promotions.

- Segment audiences, set up automations, and personalize messaging for maximum engagement.

- Conduct A/B testing, monitor deliverability, and optimize open/click rates and conversions.

- Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and adapt strategies to improve results.

- Leverage AI-driven workflows to increase productivity, enhance campaign impact, and continuously raise performance standards.
