Email Marketing Specialist – Packaging Campaign USA

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of strategic email marketing campaigns aimed at engaging our target audience, boosting conversions, and fostering brand loyalty in the packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and continually optimize email marketing campaigns that captivate our audience.
• Develop compelling content and visuals that align with our brand and resonate with segmented customer groups.
• Personalize email marketing strategies by effectively segmenting email lists to target different customer demographics.
• Analyze campaign performance and metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest email marketing trends, industry best practices, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Identify and explore new opportunities to increase sales through targeted email outreach.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring a positive customer journey from inquiry to purchase.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics by leveraging strategic email marketing tactics.
• Provide top-notch customer service and maintain customer satisfaction at the highest levels.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and improve overall marketing and sales strategies.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of the packaging industry, especially within the US, CA, or UK markets.
• Proven experience in email marketing, preferably within the B2B or packaging sector.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content that engages and converts.
• Ability to design visually appealing email templates or collaborate with designers on visual assets.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
