Email Marketing Specialist – US Construction Estimation (B2B Sales)

We provide construction cost estimation services to contractors and builders across the United States. When they need accurate takeoffs and estimates to bid on projects, they come to us.

We're hiring a senior business developer who can sell this service to US construction companies. You'll be prospecting contractors, running discovery calls, and closing deals. If you've sold B2B services to the US market and know how to work a pipeline, this role will make sense to you.

Who This Role Is For

You've sold to US clients before. You're comfortable on calls with business owners and project managers. You know how to qualify a lead, handle objections, and move a deal from interest to close.

But here's what separates you from average sales reps: you actually know how to build your own pipeline. You don't wait for leads to be handed to you. You know the tools, the systems, and the outreach methods that generate conversations.

What You'll Be Doing

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

  • Building targeted lists using Apollo, Hunter, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator
  • Data scraping and web scraping to find decision-makers at US construction companies
  • Running outbound campaigns across multiple channels

Email Marketing & Outreach:

  • Setting up and managing email infrastructure (SMTP, DMARC, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
  • Running cold email campaigns through Instantly or similar platforms
  • Writing and testing email sequences that book meetings
  • Complete understanding of email deliverability and inbox placement

LinkedIn & Social Outreach:

  • Advanced Sales Navigator searches and outreach strategies
  • Using Walaxy, Lemlist, or similar tools for LinkedIn automation
  • Social media DM outreach across platforms
  • Multi-channel touchpoint strategies

Sales Execution:

  • Running discovery calls with qualified prospects
  • Presenting our estimation services and handling objections
  • Closing deals and managing the sales cycle
  • Managing pipeline in CRM and hitting monthly revenue targets

You'll be expected to generate your own leads AND close them. This is a full-cycle sales role.

Compensation and Growth

Base Salary: PKR 180,000 – 250,000 (based on experience)

Commissions: Uncapped. Every deal you close adds to your earnings.

Bonuses: Monthly performance bonuses for exceeding targets.

Promotion Path: Top closers move to Sales Manager in 6–12 months. We promote based on numbers, not tenure.

If you can sell, you'll earn well above your base. Our best reps make 2–3x their salary when commissions are included.

Requirements

Sales Experience:

  • 2+ years in B2B sales (US market experience required)
  • Proven track record of closing deals through outbound sales
  • Fluent English with professional communication skills

Technical Sales Stack (Required):

  • Expert with lead databases: Apollo, Hunter, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator
  • Email marketing setup: SMTP configuration, DMARC, SPF records
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 admin
  • Hands-on experience with Instantly or similar email automation platforms
  • Complete email marketing knowledge (deliverability, warm-up, sequences, A/B testing)
  • Advanced Sales Navigator strategies and Boolean searches
  • Proficiency with outreach tools: Walaxy, Lemlist, or similar automation platforms
  • Understanding of GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies
  • Data scraping and web scraping experience
  • Multi-channel outreach: LinkedIn, email, social media DMs

Mindset:

  • Self-driven and comfortable working independently
  • Willing to work US business hours when needed
  • Performance-driven and commission-motivated
  • Understanding of construction or contracting industries is a plus (not required)

Be ready to walk us through your tech stack and show examples of campaigns you've built.

Who Should NOT Apply

  • Freshers or sales reps with less than 2 years of experience
  • People who only know how to call from a provided list
  • Sales reps who don't understand email infrastructure or lead generation tools
  • Anyone looking for a low-pressure, salary-only role
  • People who need constant supervision or micromanagement
